Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A continuous unboxing video (from opening the sealed package)
Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings and nose pins (for hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale or bought with a discount code
- Customised hampers
- Products that have been worn, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
